每次去肯塔基州北部旅行，我们的住宿体验都非常棒。我们总是住在肯塔基州弗洛伦斯的斯普林希尔套房酒店。从芝加哥长途驱车过来后，特大号床非常舒适。早餐丰盛美味，而且是免费的。下次旅行我们肯定还会选择这家酒店。

糟糕的客户服务
我们给酒店打电话叫机场班车，等了超过1小时，车都没来。我们联系了酒店4次，他们说不知道为什么没来，还说如果我们打Uber，他们会赔偿。我们一家6口晚上11点出发，花了80美元，酒店却拒绝赔偿，这让我们非常失望。
泳池的照片有点误导人。泳池又小又奇怪。大堂里的咖啡摊通常在早上欧陆式早餐前不提供咖啡吗？早上6点，房间里只有一个杯子/咖啡包，怎么会没有咖啡呢？
淋浴没有热水。我听说，当一大群人同时使用设施时，这很常见。这难道不就是酒店的宗旨吗？同时容纳一大群人？我能清楚地听到楼上其他房间马桶冲水的声音，声音很大，而且很频繁。隔着墙都能听到别人的声音。感觉就像是用薄纸搭的。这根本不是酒店应有的样子，也不符合其他Springhill Suites酒店的风格。

地理位置绝佳，一切都近在咫尺。工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。干净整洁，设施先进。早餐不错。我们住的特大床不太舒服。床很硬，凹凸不平，床单总是脱落。离机场很近，晚上很吵。
酒店很棒，步行即可到达Turfway，这点很赞。我们房间的暖气肯定出了问题，每次晚上启动时都会发出一阵很大的叮当声，让我们整晚都睡不着觉。
