We were looking for to staying but found out they were renovating. The main thing we were hoping to do, swim, we couldn't because of the renovations. The front desk clerk was amazing. He totally understood the reason for leaving. Unfortunately, I forgot his name.

Pool is CLOSED

This was a family getaway to enjoy family time, pool time, etc. Ae paid a higher price based on ratings, amenties— no pool, no spa, no business center. Breakfast was a disaster as nothing was ready, pancakes never came out, half/half spoiled.

Dante was very friendly and helpful when checking in. The hotel is doing renovations which were very loud during check-in but understandable. The room was very nice and spacious, and Dante was quick to switch me across the hall when an issue came up. Breakfast options were fresh and delicious. I will stay here again in the future.

Upon arrival we were informed the hotel was under construction due to renovation which was not stated in the website. As of 8/10 the pool has been drained and shut down and as of 8/10 the elevator was not working unsure if the issue was resolved but if you cannot use the stairs in case of it not working I wouldn’t book
