This is my second time staying there it was what I need for my needs nice, clean, safe. shopping was just down the road very convenient.

Great hotel!! We visited while passing through and had a great experience! We checked in late on a Sunday night. Customer service was great and check in was quick and easy. Our room and bathroom were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is always good at Holiday Inn! We love their cinnamon rolls! They also had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice & coffee. They had a good amount of parking, we had a trailer and were still able to park in the parking lot. I liked the area as it felt secure & clean. It was a little ways off I-10 but worth it for the peace of mind. It’s easy access if heading to White Sands National Park or North. We would stay here again if in the area.

Our room was very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very courteous.
泳池关闭了。
我们一家人来这里度假，本来是想享受家庭时光、泳池等等。我们根据评分和设施支付了较高的价格——结果却发现没有泳池、没有水疗中心、没有商务中心。早餐简直是一场灾难，什么都没准备好，煎饼根本没上，半份半份的甜点都坏了。
抵达后我们被告知酒店正在进行翻新施工，但网站上并未说明。截至8月10日，泳池已排干并关闭，电梯也已停运。目前尚不清楚问题是否已解决，但如果电梯无法使用，我建议不要预订。
我们原本打算入住，但发现酒店正在装修。我们最想做的游泳活动因为装修而泡汤了。前台接待员人非常好，他完全理解我们离开的原因。可惜的是，我忘记了他的名字。
大部分都还好，但是浴室门关不上，淋浴间里有霉菌。
该物业正在装修，有点不方便，但其他方面都很好
