We didn’t pay $1,284 to stay in a room that had pets in it. They had to use a bomb to try and get rid of the stench in the room plus an ozone machine on which all was left on the counter. Light bulb was out and they couldn’t provide another office chair. When I sat at the desk to work the smell was enough to make me gag.

Good and safe
My son and I stayed for the balloon festival and found the staff to be amazing friendly and welcoming. I don't always feel safe traveling as a solo parent, but safety was no issue here. The pool could use some love, and while the room was comfortable - you could tell it needed a good 'deep' clean. Overall I would stay again. But I would not use the pool again.

I particularly appreciated the large, clean laundry room where I was able to wash our clothes at the end of a 10-day vacation. We packed clean clothes in our suitcases.
Also, the help by your front desk staff person on the morning of 9/13 (I didn't get her name) to ensure we had our boarding passes printed. All front desk staff were friendly and accommodating - that makes all the difference!

I would to suggest a shower mat for the tub! The tile is super slippery in the bathroom and so it the tub!!
