Room was clean, staff very nice, beds comfortable. I was just surprised at being a top scale name of motels, that it did not offer any anemities at all. No complementary coffee any place, no complimentary breakfast. I was very surprised that we had to pay for these things at a connected bistro inside the lobby.

Was not happy to learn that my final invoice showed a $40 increase over the first night that I paid for, with no logical explanation. Because the hotel is located right off the highway, there is a constant background sound of a white noise machine. It sounds as though someone shower is constantly running. Even though the building is non-smoking, I could still smell smoke from wherever people were smoking cigarettes.

The best part was that the air-conditioning or heating unit was in the bathroom and not in the bedroom where you slept so there was no noise going on and off all night long

Bath towels used by other with long hairs not mine
Two of the bath towels were used by others. With multiple long hairs not mine. After talking to front desk, new towels were delivered.
在美国能有浴缸真的太棒了！不过通过第三方预订早餐有点问题。我在这个应用上多付了早餐的钱，结果前台告诉我，他们已经求第三方预订平台不要再收早餐费了，因为酒店无法提供早餐。
