酒店回复: The pool floor was being tiled and needed to set. The front desk agent informed you that the pool would be open at 7am the following morning. During such maintenance we close the pool so guests will not be injured during the construction work. We have a later check out at 12 pm so there was a window of 5 hours to use the pool before checking out. Because of the routine maintenance we do not offer any type of discounts.

Our room had a funky smell,
Bathroom was terrible. They had us in a handicap room, there was not a real shower and the sink was built for a wheel chair to go in. The mirrors were dirty and there was not a tall mirror or anything so that you could see yourself before you left the room. Also,
Wallpaper was peeling and the window would not shut all the way and screen was popped out. Not at all happy with the room based on what I paid for it. The staff was not that friendly, I asked for water and I was told to come back down later, meanwhile another couple walked up and were given two bottles.

酒店本身看起来就像在荒郊野外。酒店的正面也不美观。
淋浴间没有沐浴露。
空调几乎没用。很惊讶,因为万豪酒店通常不是这样的。
令人失望的住宿体验——糟糕的客户服务
我预订这家酒店主要是因为它宣传有泳池,但入住时却被告知泳池已关闭。事先没有通知,却仍然收取了全额费用。我向经理寻求补偿,但他和前台工作人员都很粗鲁、漠不关心,完全不愿提供帮助。
他们没有同理心,没有提供任何解决方案,对顾客毫无尊重。一家万豪旗下的酒店竟然有如此不专业的员工,而且没有应对此类情况的后备方案,真是令人震惊。
糟糕的客户服务——我绝对不推荐这家酒店。
我选择这家酒店是因为它有一个热水浴缸,正如描述的那样,但它被封闭了。游泳池非常小,所以我从来没用过。此外,我以为我的房间里应该有微波炉和沙发,但它们不见了。房间里的咖啡机不干净,我也没有用。住宿很舒适,但我略感失望。
