The closet door was broken -- off its track. The bathroom outlet didn't work. The kitchen supplies were limited - I had to go out and buy a pot.

The front desk attendant when we arrived was very personable and accommodating. We arrived after 10p and her shift was about to end but she made sure that we were well taken care of before her shift ended. Loved the location and look forward to coming back to this location whenever we come to Baton Rouge.

Been staying in this hotel for years. But enough is enough. The sheets had gum attached to it. Room was smelly, not enough towels, only small ones. Closet door in bad shape, this hotel needs to be remodeled asap!

Was traveling w the in laws and this was a perfect unexpected stop. Was able to get a 2 bedroom 2 bath snd it worked out fantastically , area was safe and well lit , room was clean and comfy, front desk was friendly and efficient

Everything about this place was old, dirty and in poor repair. Marriott should be ashamed to put their name on this property.
The front desk was at times left with no one there and no way to get in touch with anyone.

There’s a dishwasher and stove in room. Pull out sofa is comfortable and convenient. Love that they always have makeup removal wipes cause I tend to forget to pack mine. Breakfast is top of the line.

Arrived late, tired and with no other option or would NOT have stayed. Reeked of bad **** before door even opened, then smell of mildew entered the competition for worst smell. There is NO excuse for Marriott to continue to operate this dated, worn, FILTHY property. We were given key to wrong room so saw two—both gross. We were there appx. 10 hours total and never took our shoes off. Had we not been traveling with older person who had to get break from travel we would never have even seen the rooms—everything about it said “GET OUT NOW”. Can’t comment on breakfast because there’s no way we would eat anything from there. Seriously—believe the reviews that say it is OLD, NASTY, STINKS—that’s what the truth sounds like! We have sworn off Marriott properties because they clearly have rock bottom standards now! BOOK ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!

It was clean just needs to be updated badly. The refrigerator kept drinks cool and that was with it being turned all the way up. Bath tub needs decals in the bottom because of it being so slippery. Overall it was nice. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.
