It is unacceptable that this property engages in deceptive advertising. The property falsely advertises the presence of a hot tub and complimentary breakfast, both of which are not accurate. Furthermore, an incidental fee is charged without prior disclosure during the booking process. The room I was allocated was in a state of disrepair, the television was non-functional, and the window was damaged. I am deeply disturbed by the numerous falsehoods perpetuated by this establishment.

My husband and I really did enjoy our stay there, the staff was so great, we had no issues, loved the smell when I walked in there wish I knew what they used it smelled so good. Place was clean and loved how we had a little kitchen. Yes it was also a quiet place will definitely stay again, like I told my husband and the guy at the front desk when I was leaving that I’m definitely saving this place

When we first arrived a roach was seen in the bathroom, later 2 more were seen. The bathroom only consisted of 1 small towel with 2 of the other towels. When asked to extend my stay, i was told I would have to pay $180 when I didn’t even pay $180 for the first room. The utensils were dirty and the phone didn’t work. The bed was comfortable although upstairs were very loud all night.

INDOOR POOL WATER WAS COLD AS ICE.
ROOM SMELLED THE BLEACH SO BAD. OUR EYES WERE BURNING.
AC WAS OK.

Would not stay here again! There was a smell in the room, needs updates, shower was not clean, there was suspect behavior on the grounds the entire weekend. The only positive was the staff was very pleasant at check-in and sweet lady.

The front desk clerk was very nice upon our arrival to check in, and the room was clean. The only thing we didnt like was the breakfast. It was not appealing to us, so we didnt eat or drink anything.
FYI: There were about 3-4 adorable raccoons hanging out near a tree in the parking lot during the night hours. They stared at us, so we rerouted to stay out of their way. Lol! Racoons can be very dangerous (attack you plus they carry rabies), so pay attention to your surroundings when outside.

Room was very clean. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was well prepared. The coffee was cold.
The shower was really what sealed the deal and ensured I would never book this hotel again. The water just warm enough not to be cold and never heated up past that.

The hotel all around is very clean.There is a nice indoor pool but unfortunately it's not warm. Breakfast is nice. All staff workers are nice and accommodating, as well as housekeeping. Im know I'm in a 2 bedroom suite, but my rate was supposed to be cheaper today being the home football game is over now, but the rate didnt change much at all. Other than that, everything is pretty nice.
