Everything from check in time to check out was excellent. We visit Shreveport a couple of times a year and will be staying here. Excellent customer service, breakfast, clean rooms.

I booked the room for my family thinking the pool was up and running little did I know the pool and half the hotel was being remodeled. I couldn’t cancel the reservation because I booked through ******* tried calling ******* but could never get anyone. I book the two queen suite with double sofa bed no sofa bed was Available.

The hotel is in the middle of remodeling which came with water being shutoff, a lot of noise throughout the day, out of order lobby bathroom, and hot common areas.

The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing a renovation, and one of the elevators was not working. The entire second floor hallway had zero air conditioning, and it felt even more hot than it was outside. Our room had a strange smell, and the carpet was wet. I later realized it was that wet Mildew wet carpet smell. The air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity in the room because of the wet carpet so it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep.

Staff at the front desk are very courteous and professional! They made the stay. The renovations were not an issue. The room divider/glass were dirty and had something splattered on them. Other than that it was great!

honestly should not be charged a penny for staying here, extremely noisy got woken up at 6 am by employees on the first floor smoking and hooping and hollering and laughing on the first floor. the bed was hard as a rock the heat/ac would not work and the building was dirty due to so many renovations going on.

The staff were very friendly and exceptional. I can only speak for our room, but it was not the cleanest. Noticed stains on the carpet and sofa. But it was not too bad. The breakfast was very good and lot of options. Overall experience was nice.
