Along with many others, you were told before check-in that the elevator was not working and we were well prepared to find you alternate accommodations. You chose to stay. Check in was easy -the girl at the desk was super pleasant, professional and helpful! The room was newly renovated, super clean and comfortable. Many options for breakfast- eggs and sausage were hot, fresh and terrific. The girl who ran the service was on top of everything so it really was an enjoyable meal.
