Overall, it was a nice stay staffing conditions were good. The property was good but the access to the property was horrible. 6 mile drive off the freeway the main thoroughfare in front of the hotel made it difficult to get in or out of the property.

This was a nice hotel, however the beds were not comfortable and when I showered there was no proper drainage when showering & using the sink in the bathroom.

The room was nice and large, very clean and with every amenity we needed. The breakfast çoffee and food were good; the last servicing the breakfast area was such a hard worker and very friendly. The check-in was easy.

Nice, clean room, there were 3 of us and the room had a couch so it worked perfect no extra blankets in the room but recieved one when requested…would definitely stay again

Hotel and staff were very good. Could do with some umbrellas for shade around swimming pool. Loud traffic an issue but got use to it.

Our room had trash under the moving footstool and the pullout sofabed. Upon moving the footstool, the trash was still not cleaned when housekeeping came in the following day. The phone in the room did not work, nor did the room's safe. It felt just a little bit dirty the whole time.

Room and board was great… but there was a party going on in the room next to me and they were loud all night long. Contacted front desk about it and she handled it. But then an hour later, they were loud again. Called front desk again ant 5:30am and she informed me that she’s about to call the police. Police came out and informed the guest that they had to leave. They were extremely loud all night long. I tried to tolerate them for as long as possible, but 5am is unacceptable.

Great experience for a family
It was a one night stay with a family of 5. Great customer service by the front desk staff and by the breakfast staff. Definitely would stay again when I'm in Lafayette.
