My room was newly renovated within the last weeks or months. All was excellent, until I woke up the first morning and saw a Bed Bug crawling on my bed.
I alerted the staff and asked for a room change, they accommodated, but were only able to move me 2 doors down. Due to the close proximity of the first room, I was worried about encountering more Bed Bugs the second night. Fortunately, I didn't see any, but have taken precaution with my personal items to ensure I don't bring an infestation home with me.

Amazing front desk ladies. Very friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Variety of options to choose from.

The entire suite was clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet! The kitchen and bath were fully stocked with all the creatire comforts of home. Staff members were courteous and personable, like family.

Only three reasons we didn't give excellent. Room kinda smelt "funny." It wasn't bad, it just wasn't "fresh." There were no eggs for breakfast and not much variety. It was very crowded and hardly anything available for breakfast. We were trying to eat around 8-8:30 along with everyone else. And lastly, there was no ice in the machine. It just didn't work. Made a lot of noise like it was trying to work. It just didn't. No other complaints.

The room could have been cleaned better. The bath tub was black. The stove had spaghetti pasta on it (we never ate Spaghetti) and the furniture and curtains had stains on them.

Staff was very courteous and professional! Room was clean & nice!! The bad thing was they had major construction going on which made it comber some to get to breakfast area. But it was still a very nice place to stay!! Overall it was great!!

No EV charging station.
The only reason I picked this hotel was because they claimed to have an EV charging station. The charging station was an outlet. You could plug your own slow travel charger.
While I was there, they had lots of construction and remodeling going on so they had building material stacked up all around the parking space with access to said outlet, which made it difficult to pull in and out.
My bed was a normal, comfortable bed exactly what you expect from a hotel. The room was clean.

Needs improvement
The front desk was amazing. The hotel is under construction and the entire hotel smells like lacquer thinner. My kids suffer from allergies and all 3 had headaches and we sick from the smell. The sink and bathtub both leaked all night. The tv only had 3 channels

Great location. Efficient airport shuttle in new van. Under renovations. Breakfast was good the first morning. Water break left us with a continental buffet the second, which was disappointing but understandable. When we asked for hand soap for our sink, we were told to use the pump stuff.
