Upon check in we found the TV had problems. The next morning I asked them to check it. No one checked. The TV was not usable for the 3 nights I was there.
Next they told me at check in that the hotel only cleaned the rooms every other day. At the start of the 3rd day I asked the front desk to be sure my rooms was cleaned and we had fresh towels. Upon arriving back in the room for the 3rd night stay the room was not clean and no new towels. I went to the front desk and ask for the room to be cleaned. They said no one was there to clean the room. I asked for towels and all they had was one bath towel that smelled bad. Terrible hotel and terrible service!!

We visted the bar lounge to watch the tigers game. Literally no options at bar. No mixer options. Not even 7up or any variety of it. Asked for simple shot chilled. Same cup used to serve to different requests making the drink Terrible. Asked to just pay bill because of miss made drinks and told no need, just leave. If u advise a bar restaurant then have a bar restaurant! It was the reason we selected this location. I did not even mind the remodel which was in progress but dang. Have something on hand

我有残疾，所以要求一间靠近大堂的房间。此外，我当天早些时候做了一次医疗手术，这就是为什么我选择住在酒店而不是家里，因为这样比较方便。在登记之前，我就感到很紧张；当然，房间不近，我必须回到车里，再进出，这很困难，而且手术可能会出问题。或者，走很长一段路才能到房间。布拉德，“经理”毫无同情心，但可以问其他客人感恩节的餐盘在哪里。布拉德和我都打电话给当地警察进行干预，因为他不喜欢我的态度，所以我离开了。我会向公司解决此事。
总经理乔纳森拥有出色的客户服务技能。乔纳森是优质客户服务的典范，我非常享受我的住宿，非常干净，气味也很棒。绝对会再次入住
我不能说我真的喜欢这里的设施，而且我只在那里住了一晚。南菲尔德不是一个美丽的地方，但我有家人在那里。我回来时会住在其他地方。
