Laundry facility was closed. Many times there was no front desk attendant. Had to ring buzzer multiple times. Wait was often 10 minutes or more. Trash collection sat in the hallway for hours and smelled terrible. Dining was limited as was transportation. Room was okay, tv was new but very small. Bathroom was clean. No towel service for three days! Probably will not stay again.

One of the bed sheet was stained multiple spots with red color and I suspect it was blood. Luckily the other bed seems ok for me to sleep on. The carpet felt ancient and filthy. Would not recommend.

The bar/restaurant closed early even though they were scheduled to be open until 11pm. Pool was not in operation, it was completely drained. Vending machines weren’t stocked could only get water. DoorDash’ed some food and it didn’t come with utensils so asked the front desk and they only had soup spoons to eat a salad and tacos. Couldn’t make change to use in the vending machine cause the vending machine did not take anything over a $1 bill but then tried to use a $1 bill and it wouldn’t work had to find quarters

Clean room and great water pressure... friendly staff although a bit overwhelmed with a large group checking in which was understandable. Could use some aesthetics/ ambiance. Coffee, albeit a small detail but important one needs overhaul. It was brown water. Maybe offer alternatives such as a variety of teas. Curb appeal could use work but overall very comfortable and clean rooms with friendly staff.

Older property with ropes in the rugs and dirty. Thought this was going to be a nice property but wasn’t at all. Would not recommend.

This place is ridiculously understaffed. I went through EIGHT keys to find one that actually worked. This, after the front desk person told me nothing was wrong with the one(s) I had.
Bathroom in lobby had no toilet paper.
Front desk person told me that the reason I didn't have internet was because my room was out of range.

Conveniently situated with easy access. Rooms clean and in good condition. Staff friendly but all beverage machines were empty for the 4 days if our stay and their attitude was "nothing to do with us, they are maintained by another company".

Suggest management to have coffee and creamer available all times. Keys frequently get disabled. Cleaning is not happening as advertised. Rooms and location is good otherwise.
