Overall, we are just disappointed in this Hilton. The shower curtain was broken , there was visible sloppy repairs done on the curtain rod. There were only 3 towels and room service only came every other day. There was only one outlet in the bathroom.
When we are paying for a room, daily service should not be negotiable. The bathroom door would not stay shut, so there were deeps scratches on it from the main door. The room was dated and shabby. We will be coming back to Fishkill, but not staying there.

The staff was the greatest element of our stay, they were truly fantastic. Professional, friendly and personable, especially Peter at the front desk - and Johny the bartender. The facilities were clean and well-maintained with the exception that the Jacuzzi had been in operable for several months, including while we were there and the hotel was undergoing an overhaul on their water system, shutting off the water from 11 to 4 during the day that we were there. This caused some discomfort and a minor hardship but overall the day was good.

The first room I was given smelled awful, staff was very helpful and moved me immediately to a less terrible smelling room (but still smelled) The beds are all springs and impossible to sleep on- I tried to sleep balanced on pillows. The sheets had a disgusting stain on them so I was also sleeping on a towel. The only good thing about this hotel were the kind staff but the whole place should be gutted. Not even remotely Hilton quality

Although I applaud the fact that there is EV charging, the charge for this amenity is ridiculous. This amenity should be free or at most 5 to 10 cents per kwh. You're asking another company to manage this for you and they are ripping people off.

酒店环境非常安静,附近就有超市和几家餐厅,非常方便。
房间:宽敞舒适,床很大,我们睡得很好。虽然我们住在二楼,一直能听到锅炉或其他机器的噪音……但除此之外,入住体验很棒。房间里有很大的冰箱和一张大桌子,这让我们在入住期间感觉很舒适。
设施:我们很惊讶房间里没有热水壶,不过在美国可能很常见,但至少有微波炉,所以我们可以烧水。我们问前台是否可以借用热水壶,他们说会打电话送过来,但之后就杳无音信了。
前台:工作人员很友善。我们忘记带一件毛衣,他们帮我们保管,这很有帮助,感谢清洁人员和前台接待员。谢谢!
