Staff was smoking out front when we pulled up. It seemed we caught him by surprise. The entire lobby and front desk smelled of cigarette smoke which is bad for us as I am allergic to it. I'm not sure why staff would be smoking near the front door of the property. Seems very disrespectful to guests. Hotel was very noisy, rear entrance was very inconvenient but it is the one we were told to use. Stay elsewhere.

The property was fine. A lot of noise from people closing their doors, so not very soundproof. Also, they literally had the trash picked up outside at 1:00 a.m.!

We were on the third floor and was able to see the sunset across the bay nightly. Beautiful view of the bay.

Footprints on the bathroom tile. Grungy, water damage in bathroom and a strange insistence on getting my license plate before I could get a room key. Will not be returning.

Mosquitoes or some close relative all over in entrance ways and steps and in dining room. Gobs. On the floor, window sills, and walls. If they had been in my room I would’ve left and demanded a refund

This hotel was terrible. The smell from the bathroom was so bad that we lasted about 5 minutes in the room. When we left I asked for a refund and the front desk person said I'd have to talk with *******.
******* told me that I needed to get Holiday Inn to approve the reimbursement. They refused.
I just called the manager and asked for a refund because we couldn't stay in the room because of the smell. She went on the attack said I had caused a scene-- I had very quietly told the front desk person that we'd be leaving because of the smell.
Terrible service. Dirty/smelly room.

我们和一大群人一起住了两晚，他们有好几间房间，第一晚还好。第二天晚上我们回到酒店，发现有人在三楼的走廊上吐了一大堆东西，大部分都吐在我们房间前面。吐了好一会儿了，大约是晚上 9:15。我们打电话到前台，因为我们进房间时必须踩到吐出来的东西，前台说“我们明天才有客房服务”，我们说这是不可接受的，需要清理，因为吐出来的东西有生物危害，而且很臭，导致我们的房间很臭。前台试图清理，但大部分东西还是留在那里。第二天早上 9 点我们下楼吃早餐时，吐出来的东西还在那里。所以我们向前台投诉，前台的人试图争辩说已经清理干净了......嗯，没有，我们进出房间时仍然必须踩到吐出来的东西。她非常粗鲁，并试图说如果他们前一天晚上就使用地毯清洁器，他们会收到更多的投诉，而不仅仅是留下它，这简直是胡说八道，因为我们团队中大约有一半的人在那层楼，我们所有人都感到恶心！！！然后她说她会派人来打扫它......一个小时后终于有人来了。我们对面房间里的那位老先生不得不拖着行李才能离开。然后拒绝因为这些问题而打折，因为我们是通过 ******* 预订的
