Seemed like it would be nice at check in. Lobby clean. However room was large but not clean. Bathroom had sugar packet wrappers on the floor and when I went to pick them up I grabbed a handful of hair. Bathroom floor had clearly not been swept let alone mopped. Would not stay again.

Rug was sticky, toilet paper holder falling off wall. Large cockroach on bathroom floor. Manager was great in dealing with it.

我有三个简单的要求：顶楼、靠近电梯、浴室有扶手，因为我们都是残疾人，我老公需要助行架。以上三个要求我都满足了。我们被安排在底楼，楼上的人很不体谅我们，他的孩子从晚上7点到午夜后不停地从床上跳下来！我们住在走廊尽头倒数第二个房间，这让我走路时疼痛难忍。浴缸里只有一个扶手，对于我这种腿脚没有肌肉的人来说，根本没用。房间需要彻底清洁一下。墙壁很脏，踢脚板也很脏。我的床凹凸不平，睡着不舒服。我不会推荐这家酒店给任何人。我们再也不会住那里了。附近有太多其他酒店，希望能为残疾人士提供便利。
地方很棒。唯一不足的是浴室水槽排水太慢。退房时我告诉工作人员，谢谢他们，他们会处理的。
我们一打开房门，就闻到一股难闻的鱼腥味。其中一张床的被子上有一滩奇怪的淡黄色污渍。我下楼到前台反映房间状况，还要求换一间新房。他们告诉我房间已经订满了，不能换。只给了我一瓶纺必适（Febreze）小号的。由于周边酒店也都订满了，我去沃尔玛买了当晚的床单。酒店甚至没有赔偿我房间的所有问题。
房子看起来不错，但房间里弥漫着死亡的气味。沙发上有大片血迹，还有几处血滴。
