Comfortable but Overly Expensive Hotel Stay
Hotel is clean and efficient. Location is excellent. During check-in we had to wait almost 15 minutes as clerk was overwhelmed with a phone call, someone trying to check-in and other guest requesting assistance. Clerk was very friendly and professional! There should have been someone there to assist her as the hotel was full.
Two negatives - WIFI was very poor, almost unusable and room charge was almost $500 per night. I understand the principles of supply and demand but a bill of close to $1,000.00 for two nights in Kingston is too expensive. This borders on price gouging as hotel options in the area are limited.

Accommodations nice as pictured. Lighting is very limited and I could not read a book from my bed.

When checking in the staff offered my sister and I connecting rooms. Rooms were clean, nice area for families to relax, eat, hang out in the lobby- also ideal for those who need to work. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was pretty good. The pool was nice and warm and hot tub was nice. Only point of concern I had was the fact that my bathing suit somehow got bleached during one of my pool days! Would definitely stay again.
