Our iron didn’t work nor did the temp control in our room. Tried calling housekeeping and guest services but couldn’t get an answer. Otherwise the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly.

what i didn't like is that the rooms were not fully up dated. i mean it was just painted over, poorly and plumbing repairs were done lousy, could have been done professionally . rooms needed to be brought up to better grade for electronic use, Needs to have USB outlets in room for use with phones and tablets

My credit card has been doubled bill on the security deposit of $75 for two rooms, for a total of $300.

Poor customer service with poor quality rooms
When we arrived the outside and the lobby looked amazing. but once we got to our room there were stains on the carpet and the refrigerator was warm since the ice box was frozen shut. that indicated to us that it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time. we asked to move rooms and were given a room 1 floor up on the complete opposite end of the building,, normally not an issue except we have a 15month old with all the things that came with her. Additionally when we tried to check out and get a caddy/bellhop the front desk woman, Lou, was very rude to my wife and snapped at her that we could not have one until we were ready to leave. when a gentleman finally arrived with it he abruptly asked if we needed help loading our stuff onto it and when we said no he walked away without if even saying a word. NOT WHAT ID EXPECT FROM A HILTON!!!

一间窗户有洞,另一间霉味很重。
他们给我换了一间房,但水龙头漏水,他们当时并不知道,我告诉他们后,他们说会马上处理。
服务很棒。
经典的希尔顿酒店,服务设施一应俱全。
希尔顿一贯的优质服务,预订希尔顿就知道会得到什么。我们在这里住了五晚,员工很棒,服务周到。
