Gus, the GM overheard my conversation with the front desk regarding the worn furniture in our room, and a $ room security deposit for our stay for damages. As I showed the photos to the person at reception after our first night, Gus intervened.
In a most polite manner, he introduced himself, handed me his card, and offered to change our room with a significant upgrade. At first I declined, however, he wanted us to be happy, and explained the hotel is undergoing major renovations, albeit it takes time.
I still remember his words, “People check in as guests, and check out as friends “.
Although he alone cannot alter the Hilton corporate plans; yet locally onsite he and his staff understand customer satisfaction. Bravo!!

This property definitely needs a lot of upgrades. The outside and lobby are is immaculate but the rooms are terrible. Bathrooms are dirty and beds are small.

Our experience at this hotel was unbelievably disappointing. The first room we were given wasn’t extremely clean, and we could clearly hear full conversations, TV, and even sex noises through the walls. The only positive part of our stay was the front desk staff. they were kind, understanding, and quick to switch our room.
Unfortunately, the second room was somehow worse. The heat was the only option and we came to the room and it was 89 degrees, so we had to sleep with the window open just to be able to relax. From there it only went downhill: the hot water stopped working, a blow dryer started sparking and smoking in my hand, the sink broke, and the toilet stopped flushing.
This was hands down the worst hotel stay we’ve had in our entire lives. The staff did what they could, but the condition of the rooms and the number of issues we experienced were completely unacceptable. We would not stay here again and are hesitant to even stay at any other Hilton again.

Horrible experience. Listed as pet friendly but on day 2 they question my service pet. No microwave in room and fridge did not work. Front desk was rude. I checked out a day early. I asked for receipt of my early departure and was told it was a note on the file but would only provide experian actual stay

The hotel bar was nice and we were able to entertain friends there , but the hotel is dated and has a poor “face lift” real lipstick on a pig situation, my wife saw two roaches in our room! Also the staff barely speaks English We asked for an upgrade twice , nothing happend . Totally not worth the money!
