The room and beds were comfortable. bathroom was clean. It was a good stay. The staff was nice and friendly EXCEPT the kitchen lady serving breakfest. She must have been in a BAD mood because she was slamming lids down and getting tiffy with people. The breakfest its self was pretty lame, fake eggs and absolutely no meat. No sausage or bacon. It also was a tight room. I've just had better at other Hampton Inns.

This hotel failed in its one primary function: to provide a comfortable place to sleep. The bed springs literally creaked every time you moved, and you could feel the springs poking you all night long. It was like sleeping on a 30 year old sofa bed. When we asked to move to a room with better beds, we were told all the beds were like that. Further, the hallway smelled dank, like an old basement in need of mold removal. While everything looked clean, the smell and the condition of the beds indicated a renovation was sorely overdue.

很喜欢这家酒店。地理位置优越，干净整洁，房间一尘不染。早餐非常美味。唯一的小缺点是遮光窗帘只遮住了墙面，没有遮住窗户。所以我们只在窗户上挂了一层薄纱窗帘。我喜欢在漆黑的房间里睡觉——所以我不太喜欢——而且看起来很奇怪。为什么要在墙上挂窗帘而不是在窗户上呢？除此之外——我绝对会再次入住这里，并推荐给其他人！
前台的女士人很好，帮我们换了一间房，因为附近有带吵闹孩子的家庭。新房间很安静，但淋浴喷头没法调到中间，因为喷头更偏向墙面。早餐有点不太好。燕麦粥里的山核桃不新鲜，土豆有酸味。华夫饼还不错。
酒店条件很差，到处都是灰尘。
早餐也不像以前那么好吃了。
唯一美中不足的是位置。
我绝对不会再来了。
我们每年都会来这里参加当地活动，每年都选择汉普顿酒店。这里总是一尘不染，员工也大多非常友好。我说“大多”是因为今年早餐时发生了一件事，我敢肯定工作人员一定很忙，因为酒店已经被我们活动的人占用了，但他们似乎有点疲惫不堪，不愿意做出任何小小的让步；（我们问他们是否还有更多水果）。实际上，这是我们遇到的唯一问题。我们肯定会继续预订，因为它从未令人失望过。
