The staff I talked to was friendly and helpful. I was dissatisfied wthat we had no housekeeping the 3 nights we were there.

Here are a few concerns I wanted to share:
First, the indoor pool lacks a bathroom in the pool area, which means you have to leave and walk down a hallway. This creates a slippery situation, especially when you're managing three kids. It feels like a design oversight.
Second, the room didn’t have any hand soap. I had to resort to using body wash to wash my hands, which isn’t ideal.
Lastly, the layout of the newly renovated rooms seems poorly planned. The nice sofa bed is positioned on the same wall as the TV, making it impossible to watch TV comfortably from the couch. Overall, considering the price, the I would have expected a little better.

We had the suite next to the workout room and we heard music blasting at 4am, it sounded like it was a party. It was terrible. The remote batteries died and it’s unbelievable that they did not have batteries . At checkout no one asked about they stay so I didn’t even bother clearly they don’t care. The toilet had a leak. Imagine going to the bathroom at 4am since the blasting music woke us up and stepping in water. Disgusting!

Check in was easy. Room was very spacious and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious.100% happy with our stay and will surely stay again.

The images online compared to the actual state of the rooms is terrible. I had to request a new room due to my first one being an absolute travesty, and the second one was barely better than the first but at least wasn't infested with ants. Neither room had half of some of the small luxuries shown in the images, and half the furniture that actually is in the rooms is so old and worn that most of it is falling apart. I had a table in both rooms that couldn't support putting anything on it because there was so few bolts left in either one. A weight room and a VERY cloudy pool no one seems to dare enter do not justify the price of the stay. I will not be returning.

前台马克太棒了！！非常乐于助人，也很随和！早餐工作人员非常友好，也很乐于助人。卧室的布置很糟糕。离浴室太近，没有门挡住光线。浴室的布局很糟糕。马桶太低，小孩都能坐上去。洗手池和配件在浴室外面，很不方便。浴室里没有架子可以放衣服。总之，布置得不太理想。咖啡机的积水区域有霉菌之类的。完全不是我以前认识的万豪酒店！
我遇到的唯一问题是房间有点过时，而且游泳池很差。工作人员很棒。房间很干净。
