Everything was amazing! The breakfast was fresh, appealing and tasty! This place was exceptional CLEAN! It’s the best value you’re going to get. The gym has updated and operational equipment, the pool was operational and the customer service was excellent!

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever experienced. The floors were the worst part. There were obvious pet and throw up stains, and the kitchen and bath hadn’t ever been mopped. I know because I went and bought a swiffer and the wipes came back black after several were used. I was so disgusted I didn’t let my feet touch any surface. The towels had yellow stains and the kitchen had crumbs from previous guests. I had to sanitize the room myself. I should have checked out the first night but got a good rate on *******. This is not a hotel that should carry the Marriot name. The front desk staff guy wasnt helpful when I asked about switching rooms he just keep saying they were full when they weren’t because he wanted to watch games instead of helping guests. Terrible experience.

Here are a few concerns I wanted to share:
First, the indoor pool lacks a bathroom in the pool area, which means you have to leave and walk down a hallway. This creates a slippery situation, especially when you're managing three kids. It feels like a design oversight.
Second, the room didn’t have any hand soap. I had to resort to using body wash to wash my hands, which isn’t ideal.
Lastly, the layout of the newly renovated rooms seems poorly planned. The nice sofa bed is positioned on the same wall as the TV, making it impossible to watch TV comfortably from the couch. Overall, considering the price, the I would have expected a little better.

ANIMAL DANDER caused HEAVY ALLERGIES
There was a large sticky stain on the kitchen floor

电视和浴室排气扇都坏了。酒店当时还在施工，但总体来说还是个不错的入住地。

前台马克太棒了！！非常乐于助人，也很随和！早餐工作人员非常友好，也很乐于助人。卧室的布置很糟糕。离浴室太近，没有门挡住光线。浴室的布局很糟糕。马桶太低，小孩都能坐上去。洗手池和配件在浴室外面，很不方便。浴室里没有架子可以放衣服。总之，布置得不太理想。咖啡机的积水区域有霉菌之类的。完全不是我以前认识的万豪酒店！
