我入住时，马桶被前一位客人的便便堵住了。我要求换房，并表示担心房间没有得到妥善清洁。前台告诉我已经清洁过了，而且没有其他空房了。我担心马桶不能完全正常使用。前台人员帮我把马桶塞塞进去，然后告诉我一切正常。
马桶冲了三四次才冲出少量卫生纸。我发现厨房纸巾和橱柜里的碗碟上沾满了新鲜的食物污渍。我告诉了前台，并再次要求换房。前台向我保证，在我离开期间，房间会进行彻底的“退房”清洁，因为换房需要我搬走所有物品，而且要等几个小时。我再次表达了担忧，因为我之前的担忧没有得到重视，前台保证所有问题都会得到解决。为了方便工作人员，我把物品放进了行李箱，并把脏盘子放在了柜台上——我把这件事告诉了前台。
那天晚上我回来得很晚，发现马桶还没修好，房间也没有彻底打扫。脏盘子只是放进了洗碗机。我住了三个晚上，马桶都没用。我跟副经理说了，他道了歉，还给了我100美元的积分。我住了三个晚上，花了900美元，马桶却没用。服务太差了，我简直不敢相信我居然能用上马桶。我不得不去别的地方上厕所！
客户服务很棒，下午/晚上前台的工作人员非常友好且乐于助人，但深夜前台的工作人员不太友好。房间很完美，很大，就像公寓一样。早餐很棒！
酒店很安静，而且大部分时间都很干净，但我的浴缸水龙头在整个入住期间都掉了（他们派人来检查，但他只是把它拧得太紧，我几乎打不开），淋浴喷头只有一侧能用，另一侧也堵住了。沙发和窗户之间的一个墙上插座也坏了。我住在无烟楼层，但有人就在我附近的出口处吸烟，烟味飘进了走廊和我的房间。他们还把烟头扔得到处都是。此外，酒店的供水总是有人在修理/关闭，可能是因为大堂外面的天花板漏水很严重，花了好几天才修好。
正值人生转型期，所以想给自己留点时间住酒店。选酒店的过程中我非常挑剔，最后找到了HomeWood Suites。没想到它居然是希尔顿旗下的酒店。我非常喜欢酒店的免费热早餐，房间也完全符合我的要求。住得非常舒适。
酒店很漂亮，房间也很漂亮。我们入住了设备齐全的厨房、客厅、卧室和浴室。酒店安静、干净、令人放松。酒店还有漂亮的泳池、按摩浴缸和健身房。虽然周末很冷，但我们走进酒店时，壁炉里却暖气腾腾，而且24小时供应热咖啡。免费早餐丰盛美味！真是一次美好的度假！
