The staff was super friendly absolutely loved them, but the room was not clean. There was popcorn kernels and other snack debris along the bed frame and underneath the recliner on the recliner frame. Did not find the room to be clean.

My stay was very pleasant, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
When I checked in I was informed parking would be $5 a day, but if I signed up for a membership I wouldn’t be charged the $5
I don’t see that charge listed on the web page.

The staff in the office is amazing. They handled every issue that I had with wisdom and grace - from not being able to find my driver's license when checking in at 4:00 a.m. due to a late connecting flight, to scanning and emailing sensitive items for me. They deserve a raise.

Room was good size and did have some appliances, but they were older and not sure if they even worked. The ac in the room was not working. Bathroom snd shower were fine. Tv channels were good.

Had stayed at one of these hotels in Southfield Mi a few weeks ago and it was terrible, too many bad things to even write about so I was leery about coming to this hotel because of my bad experience previously at their sister hotel, but I read the reviews and they were very good so I figured I’d give them a try and boy was I impressed and excited about the difference in hotels, the stay here was wonderful, rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was wonderful, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Reeked of pee and accompanied by ants
Front desk girl was rude about the holding fee.
The air had to stay on 60 degrees inside the room because it smelled of pure pee coming from the carpet.
I was accompanied by ants the entire stay, saw them on the bed when I first came through the door and they were all over the room. There were no other rooms available and I would’ve been penalized for cancelling my reservation so I had to stay in an unclean ant infested room.
