The room is quiet, night staff even gave me an extra pillow to make sure I was comfortable (had a medical procedure done at the VA). I specifically chose this hotel to stay at again since they treated me so nicely the other day when I thought I was only staying for one night. Got me checked in and called my room to let me know my food delivery had arrived earlier this evening. I enjoyed being able to eat my meal almost as if I were in my own kitchen and did the dishes up etc. Feels like the closest thing to being home.

The staff were excellent and helped me get settled in with nice, professional and courteous attitudes.
Also, I cannot rave enough about the brekafast. It was honestly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had at the Bloomington Homewood. Plus since i arrived on a Wednesday evening they had a complimentary light dinner of homemade chicken noodle soup and breadsticks with salad and raw veggies. The soup was something like your memaw would make you if you were cold and over visiting. Definitely glad I chose to stay at this hotel!

Staff Prentice was nice and friendly. Nice smile too. Staff lady in middleof night very nice too. She handled my request quickly and happily without interruption from others ! This meant the world to me, thank you. Took a minute to realize and see room was very much as advertised. (sleeping area actually separate) kitchen actually filled with all the basic needs. (pot, pan, plates, glasses, utensils - all of it.) Bathroom itself was quite roomy and very bright. (to bright for me)

Ideal location. The front desk attendant was great, very friendly and helpful in guiding us on how to get to the football game. The hotel is close to Mall of America. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
