The hotel has free airport shuttle, and we could walk to Mall of America. The front desk staff (Prentice, Rhoda, Sue) and breakfast staff (Linda & Victor) and the shuttle drivers were outstanding! Friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel so at home & comfortable which is quite rare. It is a great location and we took rideshare to Paisley Park, St. Mary's Basilica and walked around near First Avenue & 7th street - a club Prince frequented and many artists have played. It was a short, but wonderful trip and the hotel and staff couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend staying there.

Great location right across from MoA! The staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty, the lobby had plenty of seating options and the suite was perfect for a longer stay. For any solo/single parents, I felt safe here as a solo mom of two toddlers. Will definitely stay again!

It was a 2 minute walk from the Mall of America with a skywalk to safely get over there. It was nice and clean, needs a few updates, but was told they were starting that process in a few weeks to be ready for next summer. The staff was exceptional though. They weren't just "hotel friendly" they were genuinely friendly. The breakfast was great too.

This was our first trip to the Minneapolis. The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The free breakfast is high quality with a lot of choices. We could walk to Mall of America. There is some noise from the planes at MSP but not excessive. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms was not clean. All the furniture in the room was dirty and dingy. The mattress for the pull out was very old and disgusting.

The afternoon/ evening front desk lady needs some customer service classes and meds. Took an hour to check in my room and I was the only person in line.
I paid extra for upgrade room and didn’t receive it because they were overbooked
