This is now my favorite Twin Cities Embassy Suites. Plus, they are going to be upgrading the rooms soon, so it will be even better. The employees were phenomenal.
Beautiful rooms, great breakfast, really fun "reception" and the snacks they served were great. I absolutely recommend this one.

We spotted cockroaches in our room, this was in the Bloomington area of MN. Never coming again and telling my family and friend to stay away.

非常好。预订前看到一些负面评价，入住时有些担心。虽然不是新酒店，但干净安静，装修风格像是八十年代末的。员工很乐于助人。健身房不大，但对于短期住宿来说足够了，还有哑铃。唯一让我不满意的是WiFi速度太慢了。
这家酒店没有一丁点服务客户的理念。酒店设置洗衣房，只能用quarter硬币，但是前台不提供任何quarter，不提供兑换服务，即便你在前台旁边的小卖部买个东西请他给你找quarter零钱，前台服务员也冷冷地说不行。我的衣服已放进washer在洗，只缺几个quarter进Dryer，前台一脸“管我P事”的态度。只好跑去酒店附近的店里买个零食找零，那位先生倒是很客气，说经常有人遇到此问题。希望酒店在洗衣房贴出提示：本酒店绝不提供任何零钱兑换，请你凑足硬币后再洗衣！
这是一家方方面面都很棒的酒店。设施方面，性价比很高。建筑风格在韩国也不常见，很有特色。
很差，收了停车场费又不给收据
而且酒店態度十分之差，多次查詢都不回覆，非常不推薦入住！worst hotel ever!
