We had an issue with the tv and it was taken care of withing 30 minutes of us telling the front desk and the young man that fixed the problem was very friendly and efficient.

Got a 1 king room, the bed was a queen size. Not a king. Second night there the tv went out cause of rain… what hotel doesn’t have cable and uses a satellite in the middle of the cities. Hotel hallways look gross, stains on room curtains, wallpaper falling off in more than one corner of the room. Asked for room service while we were out and came back to nothing done to our room. Hot tub had sharp plastic on the bottom, needs repair. Hot tub was luke warm at best. Charge you $10 a day for WiFi, they call it premium but if you don’t get the premium it is extremely slow. Charge $50 a day for incidentals, not mentioned when originally booking the room. Never leaves reviews but was very unimpressed with this room.

Leo who services the club room is so helpful, kind, and welcoming he made this trip an experience that was exceptional. Roman and Aliah at the front desk were very helpful and Roman accommodated all of our needs to have a comfortable stay. Noah from the restaurant was so helpful with recommendations and provided great service was attentive and created a genuine connection that elevated our stay. I am thankful to the staff and cannot wait to visit in the future.

Happy with the Stay

Great property. Very comfortable. Good vibe. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and bar onsite. Club level was a nice add on. Close to Normandale Lake to get out and walk on the trail around the lake. Would absolutely stay again.

Gopher Football game

We have been staying in this hotel for 20 years when we go to Minneapolis. It has a huge pool amazing rooms and excellent service. It is an easy drive to anywhere in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area.
