酒店回复: Dear valued guest, providing a comfortable and memorable experience for our guests is our priority and I am sincerely sorry to have failed you. Our restaurant was closed due to Thanksgiving, so our team put a list of restaurants open nearby and I apologize if they failed to hand it out. We unfortunately don't have microwaves in the room however if requested we are more than happy to bring one up. We'll share your comment in regard to the tea and lotion not being in the room as well as the deadbolt issue. We hope you give us another opportunity if travel brings you back to the area to deliver the stay you deserve.
