One of our beds had dirty sheets on, sheet was stained and had hair and other stuff all over it. Front desk staff was very nice about it and offered us a different room. We declined, I asked for clean sheets and changed the bedding myself.

It was clean room, staff were friendly, breakfast was actually good and it was a perfect location for shopping if you had time and dinning out. It was ideal for a one night stop!

The room needed better vacuuming. I found bits and pieces of things on the floor. The "wood" floor seemed clean. The halways and elevator were very dirty and needed care.

The gentleman checking us in was very friendly and efficient.
The rooms were very clean. You could tell the hotel was a little older but had been updated with fresh paint and carpet. I was impressed with the cleanliness as sometimes the pictures on the website look good and then when you get there you realize the pictures are years old and there is wear and tear etc... This was not the case.
The lobby area is small and we did not explore the hotel much to see if there were other areas that larger groups could congregate and hang out.
The pool was also small but we did not use it.
We were in town for college visits and it was perfect for what we needed.

The electrical outlet in the bathroom or room 605 did not work and actually looked cracked. A hazard for sure.

Breakfast was nice, we did get there in the 3rd hour of service. They were out of pancake mix in the machine and the orange juice did not work. Only disappointment

We did run out of juice this weekend. Sadly we missed ordering it. However we have gotten more in and all is working fine!
