Check in staff, once AGAIN, got my checkout date wrong. So a late night return from a business dinner resulted in 2 extra trips to the check-in desk until he got the keys updated.

The hotel is a bit dated, and the walls seemed thin.
The receptionist was kind and jolly.
The breakfast was below average. Although we enjoyed the Raisin Bran, English muffins, and hot pancakes, the canned fruit was flavorless and the yogurt tasted artificial.

Good location with lots of shopping and dining nearby. The property itself definitely needs an upgrade. Shower rod was broken so the curtain slid to the center causing streams of water to run onto the floor and out the door of the bathroom. The vent fan did not work so the combination caused black mold on the wall behind the door. The TV remote was universal so it was difficult to find any channels. The breakfast did not match the good reviews. We asked to be moved to another room because of the mold and were given a room with another broken shower rod but no mold and a cent that worked. The liner shade was torn. The fitted sheet and mattress pad did not stay on the bed. The employees smoked right in front of the door, so you had to walk through a cloud of smoke every time you went in or out the front entrance. We will not be staying here again.

I apologize the shower rod was loose and made the curtain go in the middle allowing water to hit the wall and floor. We have fixed all the issues in the room. I'm sorry the linen was not staying on the bed, I will be looking into this, and why staff is smoking out front. The liner for the window shades have been ordered but they have not come in yet. Please know we are working to improve to meet your standards.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. The area for the free breakfast although was nice. It was very crowded. When we wete finally able to get in there it was pretty well picked over and not much available. However, coffee, tea and water was always available in lobby hot and fresh.

Overall it was good; beds were not as comfortable as most we stay in; breakfast attendant was struggling to stay on top of things...all garbage cans were bursting, no cups out, out of bread options, counters messy but at least they had hot breakfast, which we always appreciate

Very nice place to stay. We always stay here when we’re in the area and need a place to stay. Hotel is clean, plenty of room in the room, pool, gym, friendly and helpful staff plus they have a good gratis breakfast. Can’t ask for more.

Overall fine, not great.
We had booked 2 rooms in one reservation, the hotel somehow didn't know they were together, so our rooms couldn't have been further apart (one on one end of the first floor and the other on the opposite end of the 3rd floor). They said they could not move us, as they didn't have enough housekeeping and were behind on cleaning. We did not receive housekeeping or towel refresh during our 2 night stay. The pool was closed for "Maintenance" which was a primary reason for choosing this hotel. Overall, very disappointing. Rooms are ok, they've been given a bit of a facelift, but can tell they're a bit old. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. No fruit, one warming tray with eggs and meat, and standard bread/cereals, etc.

Unfortunately, we they were booked under different last names so we honestly did not have any way of knowing they were together. By the time we knew you wanted to be closer we had already checked in most of the rooms and were very limited on what we had to offer. We only offer stay over service when it is requested. We do have a green card on your bed that explains how that works. Yes we did shut down the pool for about a day. We did have it back up and running 1pm the following day. Sadly you can't know when a bearing might go in a motor. But all in all we had it fixed in less than 24 hours. All of our guest rooms were remodeled September of 2022. Due to your complaint about the GFIC outlet in the bathroom we did call in an electrician and he did verify it was correctly hooked up and working properly. For breakfast we offer 2 or 3 hot items a day, 3 flavors of muffins, danish, hot and cold cereal, breads, 3 yogurts and pancakes. We usually have cut fruit as well. Thank you for staying with us.
