The room was great, clean and spacious. The latches on the door to the room sucks. I fully slammed the door closed and when I got back that night the door was still opened. The front desk guy seemed like he rather be anywhere but there when I went to go tell him about the door. Thankfully nothing was stolen but still annoying that it happened.
10/10 on the breakfast!

Have stayed at this site several times and have been pleased with the experience. Our go-to location for Twin City accommodations for family visits. Easy access, friendly staff, clean (our particular room this time had very faint scent as if time for the rug shampooing, but not a problem at all and not noticeable to my mate). Good breakfast with a hustling staff keeping it stocked. Lobby is clean and neat. My wife appreciates the available coffee!
Because of Winter Storm Warning we had to cancel our last night and head home early. While they didn't have to, the staff very graciously refunded our last-minute cancellation of our last night. They were so understanding and great about it, and we were able to beat the storm home.
We recommend the site!

The beds are like sleeping on concrete and breakfast had limited choices. The staff was great, the room was clean, and the pool area looked nice.

It’s an old hotel. There are places that clearly haven’t been tended to or cleaned I awhile. Things are worn. It was fine for our purposes (sleeping only). Check in and out we’re all via phone and very easy. Breakfast was exactly what you imagine at a continental breakfast. Nothing fancy, but well tended and options to choose from.

We seem to unknowingly book this hotel whenever we’re down near the twin cities for various reasons!! It’s a great hotel…clean, quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Love it and will definitely stay again—on purpose!
