Accessible room was booked, but learned at check in that they didn't have one available. Asked to have the room cleaned between nights as wife was having surgery and wanted a clean space afterwards. The room was clearly not touched between nights. Front desk staff was helpful in trying to make it up though with waiving parking fee and Hilton Honors reward points.

All ice machines were broken, pool was out of order, refrigerator in room was dirty inside. Rugs were dirty. Breakfast ran out of some items an hour before they were suppose to close and staff was dismissive. No housekeeping. When we asked why they said we must have been on a no housekeeping list which we never signed up for. Not enough towels, etc... will not stay again.

This was the worst experience ever, there was little water in the shower (which was ice cold) due to low water pressure; Which the hotel is aware of! The night before the water was ice cold with very little water pressure (NO Hot Water)!
When I spoke to the manger he was aware of the issue which is ongoing! ( other guest were complaint about the same thing)
He offered a discount stay when I called about it I spoke with someone at the front desk who said he didn’t know who the manger was and I went in circles with reservations for 16 minutes.
I guess this was a sign to not try again and never go back! If you plan on taking a shower this is not the place to stay! Worst ever.
