Should spray for the spiders outside on the west side windows and outside the patio door rooms
Down by the entrances there was big spiders that shouldn’t be like that

There was a little hiccup checking in initially, but the front desk attendant quickly got us moved into another room in less than 5 minutes. The room was really nice, clean and perfect for our trip.

My son had a sporting event in the area, so we booked at the last minute. It’s a very nice and clean hotel. The check in staff was very friendly and informative. It’s in a very safe area with a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend

Warm welcome at checkin with complimentary water bottles for each person. A small gesture that is much appreciated. The room was clean. The hotel was under construction, so some things were blocked off, but pool and hot tub remained open.
Only complaint is the slowness of the elevators.
Overall, very nice place to stay.

Nice quiet spot right off the freeway. Bed was not comfortable this time, which was unfortunate… last stay 8 months ago in a different room, the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff

We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned inbetween. That’s the only thing that we missed.

Coffee in room was only decaf.
