I booked here weeks in advance only to be called a week before to tell me they had a water main break and I had to cancel. I later found out they have been closed for months!

Very poor management!
After driving 3 1/2 hours I arrived to a green pool and a vacant closed hotel. I called to see what exactly was going on and was told there had been a main water break. I received no call or notification. They apologized, really? How long ago was the break as I said the pool was Green? My family had to scramble to find other accommodations on a holiday weekend.

Compared to a recent hotel this place was spectacular. But this motel felt really clean. So thankful for a nice car stay.

我住了一晚，但被收了两次费用。我告诉酒店前台我是通过第三方预订的房间。如果你不想把时间浪费在解决问题上，那在预订这家酒店之前，请三思。
房间很脏。我们盖好被子后，床上竟然有头发。玄关和浴室的地板上到处都是头发。我请清洁女工换了床单，并吸尘了地板。我们回到房间时，床单已经换了，但床单上仍然有头发。她确实回来吸了第一张床后面的地板，但只吸了一半，没有吸过玄关、浴室和第二张床旁边的地毯。我建议你们的清洁人员应该接受培训，学习如何正确地打扫房间。放心，我再也不会住那家酒店了。
