We did go over your reservation and unfortunately it did not include the breakfast, however with the issue we could have done better and offered it to you during your stay. I would seem we need to address our closing team as well in regards to the closing of the pool at the proper times indicated. It is true our renovation has begun and our pool is down for a few short weeks to make it better for our guests. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We have given you the full refund you requested. Agan please know this is not how we want to be perceived as a Hilton Property. Once again we thank you for your feedback and taking the time to do so. Great hotel! Everything was clean and new. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it looked good. Only complaint was that the sound insulation between the rooms was pretty bad. There was a door to the next room in our unit and we could hear everything from our neighbors - coughing, the TV, their microwave, all of it. That was a bummer.

Room service was great after a long day of traveling! Clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
这家酒店的设施非常老旧,室内地毯污渍严重,沙发完全不敢坐,担心会螨虫过敏,厕所也是一言难尽,马桶和洗手台附近都看到黑色的小虫子,淋浴需要站在老旧的浴缸中,很滑很危险;
前台遇到一个黑发的女工作人员,服务态度非常差,在询问其为什么我预定时留言希望给我一间安静的房间,但是分到的是正对马路的房间,噪音很大时,她的态度很冲,直接说你没有写这个要求所以我们没有安排安静的房间,在我拿出订单留言后,说因为你是第三方预定,我们没有收到这个留言,在我询问是否可以更换房间时,她就一副很不耐烦的口气说今天已经满了,我们没有什么可以为你做的,我还需要服务其他客人,请你明天再来询问是否可以更换房间,在我询问明天几点来询问比较合适的时候,她直接很生气很不耐烦地说我无法保证什么时间来询问是合适的,你得明天抽时间过来问,我已经说过了,我需要服务其他客人。事实上,我后面只有一个白人客人,他本来在我前面,但是他的问题没有处理好,又返回来找前台,当时我俩对视一眼,他也一副对前台这种态度很无语的表情。
而且在我老公停车时,我还观察到,她们(对,不止是这个很粗鲁的前台)还把至少两户中国人家庭,安排在一楼靠进电梯的地方,后面进来的美国客人不是这个待遇。估计是觉得反正都是沿着51号公路旅行的外国人,而且他们互相也都是单独办理的,不清楚对方被安排到哪个房间,就算不满意也只有很小几率会用Google评价他们的行为,所以无所顾忌。强烈建议大家务必避雷这家酒店。后续我换到喜来登孙桥酒店,各方面都好多了,不要省那一点点钱,让自己遭罪。
员工和酒店的大部分设施都很不错。我们房间里淋浴间的护发素和沐浴露都用完了,淋浴间的密封条和部分墙壁上还有霉菌。
电视大部分频道都无法正常播放,屏幕会闪烁几秒钟,然后显示“无信号”,之后又恢复播放。
酒店很安静,这很不错,员工也超级友好,对我们带着狗狗的需求照顾周到。
我们会再次入住!
他们正在装修,所以我给了低分。旧的空调/暖气不太好用。房间还没升级,所以家具很旧。枕头扁塌的,不是希尔顿的高级枕头。餐厅价格过高,味道也一般。还不如去丹尼餐厅。对不起希尔顿,我知道你们可以做得更好。
酒店很不错,员工也很友好热情。但是酒店入口处正对着一个非常繁忙的环岛,所以不太容易找到。如果你不幸在下午5点的交通高峰期经过这个环岛,那可真是倒霉透了!
员工非常友善,早餐也很棒!设施还不错,但略显陈旧。可惜的是,电梯连续三天都坏了,给我们一家四口(带着小孩)带来了很大的不便,不得不经常爬三层楼梯。
酒店目前正在装修,但这并没有影响我们的入住体验。酒店员工非常友好热情,帮了我们很多忙。绝对是个很棒的住宿选择!
我非常喜欢这家酒店,但是价格越来越高,超出了我的预算,不过通过使用*******,我终于可以犒劳一下自己了。
绝对可怕。预订了两室套房一晚近300美元。很脏。死虫子散落在周围,并在窗台/加热/冷却装置上方突出。床上到处都是头发。在肮脏的浴缸外面压死了该死的虫子。冰箱开口堆满面包屑、食物块。我尝试用微波炉加热咖啡,所有喷洒在其中的化学清洁剂都滴到了我的咖啡中。床边的一张纸条说谢尔比是管家。做得更好谢尔比和管理。
我在预订时预付了早餐费用,但他们不兑现。前台经理对希尔顿荣誉客会计划不了解,而且非常粗鲁。
游泳池很小。据说晚上10点就关门了,但是9点钟里面的几个人就因为员工要回家而被迫离开。游泳池和热水浴缸都很脏。
您应该知道:电梯里的一块牌子上写着泳池区将从 2023 年 5 月 1 日开始关闭至少 6 周进行翻修。
我试图在入住当天解决问题,但被要求第二天早上再来。我试图告诉他们我不想睡在那里,但没有力气反驳。我早上确实回来了,工作人员让我给希尔顿打电话。
该位置就在加油站旁边,没有其他任何东西,可以轻松前往主要道路。
总而言之,0/10。我将向希尔顿提出正式投诉并附上所有照片。
