We try to respect our long term guests privacy and that is why CWS are designed for just that; thereby only entering the rooms once per week. At no time should dirty linen be in the hallways, as we offer free onsite guest laundry facilities and 24hr towel exchange at the desk. We hope you offer us another chance to provide a better experience as we do not usually have "raucous" guests due to our residential location and we look forward to hopefully seeing you again soon.

An average stay.
The biggest concerns were that the bathroom didn’t have any shower bars to hold on to in the shower. The shower head couldn't be adjusted and the shower water streamed to the back of the shower. It couldn't be lowered. There were no grip strips in the tub to prevent slipping. The shower curtain didn’t pull all the way to the back of the tub to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. The toilet could've been bigger and taller. There was no light in the closet. The recliner was badly worn and placed right next to the bed making it difficult to get in or out of the bed on that side of the bed. The recliner didn’t recline. The pillows on the bed were too soft. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. It made it difficult to get some sleep.

我的问题不在于酒店本身，而在于*******作为第三方预订机构明显不称职，导致我受到了如此糟糕的待遇。我通过*******预订了两晚，并已付款确认，但第一晚结束后就被赶出了房间，因为Candlewood Suites声称他们没有收到*******的任何款项，并声称我入住时只支付了一晚的费用。即使我提供了预付款并确认的预订证明，经理仍然坚称酒店没有收到*******的任何款项，而且第二晚的房间已经被另一位顾客预订了。等到所有问题都解决后，我的住宿体验却毁了。我再也不会通过像*******这样的第三方预订任何房间了，我建议大家尽可能直接联系预订方。

我要退款！这是我住过的最不专业的酒店之一！前台那家伙根本不在乎，因为他忙着玩手机。因为房卡坏了，我去了三次前台。电梯能进，是因为维修工太好心了，把工具摊在地上，以至于走廊里根本进不了电梯。一进酒店，空气中就弥漫着一股臭气……只有大厅里和酒店外面的人在抽烟。房间里的温度简直荒唐——我进房间的时候几乎有80华氏度（约27摄氏度），空调断断续续地开着，床也很糟糕，非常不舒服。这次入住唯一值得庆幸的就是我离开酒店时，那位友善的年轻女士帮我办理了退房手续。下次我再来马里兰州，绝对不会再住这里了。
房间带小厨房，很不错，就是有点小（这点很重要，因为酒店不提供早餐）。工作人员很友好。地理位置似乎不错。然而，其他住客就没那么好了。走廊里有脏衣服，他们每周只打扫一次房间，室外烧烤区（靠近一楼房间）经常有吵闹的客人光顾，停车场里还发生了一场相当激烈的家庭争吵（最后以发动机轰鸣声和烧焦的橡胶圈声收场）。
除了浴缸脏兮兮的，还有留在浴缸里的头发。牛排本来应该很棒，而且他们保证我可以延迟到12:30退房，但清洁人员从10:45开始每20分钟就敲一次门。真是太不方便了。我一直在等照片上传，但遇到了技术问题。
