我在入住期间遇到的工作人员态度非常不友好。前台那位男士办理入住时似乎很不耐烦，一副高人一等的样子。我预订房间时额外购买了餐饮消费额度，但酒店拒绝兑现。在我多次与*******沟通并去找那位一脸不悦的前台男士后，他们才最终兑现。他给了我一张“优惠”优惠券，可以享受餐饮20%的折扣（尽管我已经付过钱了）。这样算下来，我实际节省的金额还不到我购买这项优惠的一半。他给我优惠券的时候，还抱怨说他有多讨厌这些第三方预订网站（比如*******）。我只是想要我付钱的东西，却被这样对待，我感到非常不舒服，感觉自己像个二流客人，好像在乞讨一样。*******也决定不兑现或退还我购买的餐饮消费额度。

我没在酒店吃早餐，因为早上那里的工作人员态度依然很差，根本不理我。看来，如果你想在这里享受优质服务，最好还是穿得像个商务人士。

The suite was very spacious and clean. Bed was VERY comfortable. The balcony was rickety appearing and had two basic chairs. For the size of the outdoor space, this was disappointing. Not much of a view… mostly parking lot. Neighbors were loud - thin walls. Close to highway made convenient for getting around and there were a lot of shopping and dining options close by. Super fast Uber location. Staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, we enjoyed the pool and wished we had more time to use the gym. The restaurant was pretty decent, and the Starbucks was convenient even with a limited menu

The staff was all really nice and the check in/out was a breeze. The room was nice and clean, but it had a funky smell to and needed some maintenance. The bathroom had no working fan, a toilet that barely flushed, a ceiling light that was falling down, and a sideways soap dish. The room was well stocked, the beds were comfy, and the grounds and nearby trails were very nice.
