方便干净整洁有序
房间设施老旧，空调机噪音大。房间打扫是隔天打扫。酒店所处区域为Riverwalk一条街附近，环境可以。在Riverside属于性价比较高的酒店；停车；Wi-Fi；早餐（简餐）；最重要的是安全性。

卫生环境很好
工作人员既不友好也不乐于助人。我为一位客人预订了一间预付了费用的房间，打电话给酒店告知客人姓名进行预订，但客人没有我就无法办理入住。我晚到了4个小时才到。尽管我打电话告知了所有信息，他们还是让我的客人等了很久，而且在他们等待期间不允许他们在大堂使用无线网络。然后，当我办理入住手续时，我被要求支付额外的押金。我预订和入住的两个房间里仍然有垃圾。然后，当我再次要求使用无线网络时，仍然无法连接，声称我们没有支付首付，也没有完全办理入住手续。尽管有签署的文件和待处理的银行对账单，酒店工作人员仍继续与我争论。最终他们放弃了争执。直到晚上到早上之间的某个时候，我的车被撬了，无意中留在车里的信用卡和雷朋太阳镜被拿走了，我的卡被扣了2000多美元，我才不得不离开。不用说，我可能永远不会住或推荐这个地方。
这家酒店没什么特别之处。我住过更好的酒店，而且价格更低。我入住的时候，柜台人员不愿意给我开门。当时已经很晚了，但因为从拉斯维加斯到河滨的交通堵塞。他两次向我收取了押金，因为据他说押金没有到账。如果他礼貌一点，我就不会理会，但他态度粗鲁，咄咄逼人。我再也不住这家酒店了。
