I reserved a king room. The hotel changed my room without telling me. The front desk never mentioned it when I checked in. I reserved a specific room for a specific reason asked for a ground floor room and it was as if as a customer I was not important to them. It made for an uncomfortable stay.

We do try our best to accommodate as much as possible as we want all of our guests to be satisfied, but unfortunately it is not always possible. As for the ground floor room, this is never guaranteed for anyone as we only have five rooms on our first floor. We try our best, and I am sorry that we were unable to give you what you desired. We hope that this inconvenience did not make your trip to Baltimore a bad experience.

The hotel was very clean. Check in and check out was fast. They do offer a buffet breakfast which was just ok. Not great food but it was nice that they offered a variety of choices for kids and adults. I would definitely stay here again

I have stated this will tell many times. always a pleasure, breakfast is simple but great, clean rooms. Wishes they were replaced the furniture in the lobby/timing area the seats are pretty old and squishy now.

Clean room
Since it was just for sleeping after attending a wedding, we weren't expecting anything nice, but the room was clean, had coffee and hot water at the lobby, and it was more than what we expected.

As of Summer of 2025 this property was being renovated so this review may be overly critical if the renovations are completed. The scuttle was the city stopped them from continuing the renovation for some reason. As it is this is this property is in the absolute worst condition of any Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. Staff is nice but not on top of things. I had to ask them to replenish the eggs at breakfast. The 1st floor Ice machine didn't work. The rooms smelled like feet. You get the picture.
