The property walls and carpet looks ancient, they could do with a renovation. The breakfast is terrible, I have never stayed in a hotel where you get served with disposable cutleries, the food choices were limited, after my first night I avoided breakfast. I had to ask for a room change as I saw insects and finally killed a roach and took a picture for evidence. I was bitten by something as well. This morning I found another insect crawling on the window I took pictures but as I was leaving today it didn’t matter. I made a mistake booking this location as I saw and affiliation to Marriott and assumed it was a proper hotel not knowing this was just a Motel. The staff were helpful and switched my room on request.

The cleanliness was a big fact. Also asked for some items but never received them. However, the staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast options were great. They were very accommodating.

I didn’t like the customer service. There was one friendly concierge, but the concierge at check out was not friendly. I also didn’t like the bathroom. It looked like there was a leak and it was patched up in the bathroom.

Our stay was by no means exceptional, but it was good for the price. The hotel was fine, although a little dated and in need of a facelift in areas. Breakfast was not quite up to the standards of Fairfield Inns we have stayed at out west. People were friendly and helpful.

Beds were too soft to sleep on exhaust system in the bathroom was not there so when so the mirror got so foggy in the room and also when somebody went to the bathroom, it would have a really musty smell. I hope you understand what I’m saying overall, it was not a good experience. I was there for my father‘s funeral because the funeral home was close by otherwise I wouldn’t come there again
