They have three handicapped parking spaces with is insufficient given the many seniors that stay here during the summer and fall season. The parking lot is poorly lit with many holes. Will not stay here again.

Room was comfortable and nice except the floor by the door was slippery and hair in the corners of the bathroom. Breakfast was very basic and no lights for the dining tables.

Check in was easy. The room looked good. The business center wasn't working. They are almost finished with remodeling but not quite. My sheets had a couple spots that seemed not completely clean but otherwise older but nice hotel

We have been staying in Cherokee for fall vacations for over 30 years. This is, BY FAR, the cleanest, most contemporary, well-maintained and friendly establishment we have encountered. GREAT breakfast, spotless facility, well-lit, great furnishings in room and lobby, comfortable beds, nice artwork and accessories, quiet and simply without any flaws that I could see. New bathroom fixtures, simple room temperature controls and a massive Smart TV. Great WIFI access. RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!! Will be our Go-To from now on. Kudos to management team and remodeling designers. Well done.

This looks like it was an old Comfort Inn that has been taken over by a private group. But the facilities were in excellent condition. And the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay here. I plan on using this hotel next year as well when we come up for WCU football games. Also, they are apparently still connected with the Choice Hotels group in some way and you can earn or use Choice Hotel points here.

The breakfast was not like it used to be or as pictured.
At least They weren’t rationing the milk this time. They used to have sausage and eggs and biscuits. This time it was only waffles and cereal.

A decent place for 1 night. Price was good. The walls were a little thin for noise blockage from the adjoining room. Breakfast could use an upgrade. It was sparse with 3 options for sugary cereal, a few prepackaged baked goods and the usual waffel maker. Coffee offered only powdered creamer. Got milk from next to cereal. Ho hum....
