The room had spiderwebs. The ice machine had ants frozen inside the ice cubes. The heater didn’t work unless full blast. The smell that the heater released was horrible.

Only here for a quick overnight stay. The very nice gal at checkin quickly gave us another room after the initial room we were given had a smoky odor. Excellent staff.

Assigned a handicap room to a health client. I work in Hotel industry before, typically these kind room we assign to handicap people or people I they do not like.

酒店回复: It's unfortunate that you all would discriminate against a guest and "punish them" by assigning that room type, however that thought process isn't consistent everywhere. When you book through a third party, we do our best to accommodate your "request". Unfortunately, during your stay, that room type was the only option available. I can assure you that ethics and integrity were never compromised.

Our experience was awful. Check in time was 3PM. We showed up at 4PM and our room was not ready and we were told they didn’t know and estimate on when it would be ready. Finally in the room, there was mold in the bathroom and trash under the beds. Not to mention, the trash from the previous people was sitting outside the door of the room still. The next morning we left the hotel, came back around 11am to get the rest of our things, and someone was already cleaning out our room as if we had checked out when we hadn’t. Mind you, check out is 12PM. Extremely disappointed in our experience.

The burger was very good at the hotel restaurant and I arrived early and they had a room available and let me check-in early.

全体员工都棒极了!!我哥哥要去参加一场重要的音乐会,所以提前办理了入住。提供的点心和免费咖啡真是个惊喜!!早餐也包含在内——不过直到我们离开时才知道。下次肯定还会预订!
我在 Thunder Valley ****** 看音乐会时在希尔顿花园酒店住了一晚。这里距离 ****** 仅 12 分钟车程。办理入住手续很方便,工作人员很友好,非常乐于助人。我不得不换房间,因为第一个房间有烟味。工作人员把我们安排在一个更好更安静的区域。酒店房间干净整洁。
食物不是很好,但几分钟路程外的马路对面有一家很棒的餐厅,Brookfield 餐厅,供应早餐、午餐和晚餐,拐角处还有一家著名的牛排馆。街对面还有一个漂亮的水滑梯公园。夏天会回来试试。我敢打赌,如果你有大孩子或小孩,那会很有趣。
