We stay in this hotel whenever we are in Durham. The staff is welcoming the room is always comfortable.

Did not inform guests of hotel construction during check in. Couldn’t take a nap after traveling quite a distance because of the banging and machinery outside of my door in the other rooms.
Power outlets throughout the room/BR are not advantageous for essential utilization.
The beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful and kind.
The bar service was a little lacking but they should have more help when they know large groups of people will be utilizing the hotel

Was indequate for the price. Bar staff not attentive nor able to multi task. My room had non working outlets . Accessible rooms are aalso poorly pla ned
房间很大，酒店位置停车方便，离学校大约10分钟车程
大堂吧有星巴克的咖啡和茶可购买，房间宽敞整洁，看着挺新，但空调工作时噪音大了些。火警系统不知道怎么回事，很是扰民，入住的两天中下午、晚上、凌晨5点、早上七点都响过，时间长短不一，但又没有火情。
前台服务人员很nice
但是屋子没有窗户
超级无敌潮湿
非常恶劣，多收了3000多房费。看携程怎么解决吧
携程客服很认真，最终携程自己先垫了钱，点赞👍
这里太老旧了，靠近公路声音大
酒店卫生间排风设备不能工作。设备老了。
