I reserved a suite and was very happy with the size. Unfortunately there was a weird sewage smell near the bathroom and a persistent beeping coming from an area near the headboard. I was downgraded to a standard two queen room and as of now not compensated for any price difference. The third floor was silent (other than the beeping) but the first floor was incredibly loud and did not feel very private! I could hear every conversation of those walking by.
The hotel overall is really rundown - it’s surprising Holiday Inn allows their name on this place! Peeling wall paper, a suspiciously jerky elevator, the overwhelming smell of fabuloso… Not ideal for most travelers.
The woman at check in was very unprofessional, but later there was a younger woman who had EXCELLENT customer service skills and looked more professional as well. The housekeeping staff was also oddly rude. HIE must have bad management if the employees are so unhappy.
Breakfast was not very good as others have said. The 24/7 coffee is helpful though.
The TV should be able to connect to a phone for streaming but no luck getting it connected for me.
Parking was acceptable. You could easily walk to a few restaurants or the walking trail next to the property.
I wouldn’t stay here again but if you had to, it wouldn’t be the absolute WORST option.

I tend to stay at high priced hotels, so I guess for the price, this was fine. It seemed clean except for the ants in the bathroom, which made me rethink walking around barefoot. It was quiet, and the room was very dark, perfect for sleeping in.
The staff seemed friendly. No maid service, but I didn’t read the housekeeping rules.
With the lack of hotels in the area, this was perfectly adequate.

I have stayed at this hotel lots of times. Everything was very good in the past. On this trip everything has fallen apart at this hotel. Everything means nothing is good.

Breakfast menu was very good, even good bacon! Omelets, pancake maker, cinnamon rolls, and the coffee is a special machine that grinds each cup! Very nice surprise to see a good breakfast like this (not always the case in hotels). Parking was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

总体来说体验很棒。酒店外观时尚现代，大堂也很漂亮，维护得很好。酒店前台很友好，允许我提前办理入住。我的房间非常干净，有无线网络和步入式淋浴。床很舒服，还有一个不错的办公区，配有休闲沙发和电脑椅，房间里还有冰箱、微波炉和咖啡机。免费早餐相当不错，健身房有很多器械，包括多重量哑铃架、跑步机和椭圆机。将来肯定会再预订这家酒店。

入住和退房都很快，房间也很干净。走廊里有个小孩住的地方有点吵。一切都很好。
