Staff were friendly- the room was very damp- ceiling peeling, construction started about 7am Saturday morning- fan would not stay on so had to listen to it loudly- no bathroom fan so even more moisture added with 4 people showering. Wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

This is a great place to stay A shuttle is available to the Mayo Clinic. The restaurant All Saints has a great menu. Very comfortable and convenient location.

The high point was real glassware. Other than that the HVAC was extremely noisy and cycled about every 20 minutes. The Love Seat and ottoman were thread bare. The bed was definitely a hotel mattress. The room was dusty. The bathroom was extremely dated .
