Excellent customer service when checking in & out. Room was nice & clean. Area was not bad.

Property was good the stay was good, staff was amazing the only thing that wasn’t good was breakfast there was burnt eggs and burnt sausage nothing else the juice was broken as a person who can’t have gluten their pancakes were not an option my husband was going to have a bagel but it was stale hard stale.. super disappointing there.

Mr Singh was very welcoming. We had a nice stay. Parking was convenient, rooms were clean, breakfast was satisfying. The area was a little 50/50 despite being right by a Porsche dealer

The restroom door wouldn't stay open air vent was not working and the lighting within room was too dim

I had a medical emergency and had to leave 2 days early and they would not refund the days . Also the first room we checked into had a smell and was dirty . The second was better .Doors are very heavy . The area is not very safe . Coffee was good .

Probably the worst holiday inn I’ve stayed out throughout the country. Was dissatisfying. Our room had empty soap bottles in the shower. The room still had other people’s hairs and such around the bathroom so it wasn’t cleaned very well. Breakfast in the morning ******. Pancakes were thin and tiny, eggs were the same. Super small area to get food so people are just packed in trying to get food and was just not good. Also their breakfast only had a few choices unlike other holidays inns that had many different choices. Will not be returning.

But I would suggest you call ahead. As we were not warned an event was happening there. Very noisy guest above us and next to us. It would be nice to place people with children in the bottom floors. We wanted peace. But we hardly got any rest.

浴室没有洗手液。房间位于一楼，专为轮椅残障人士设计。具体来说，淋浴空间的设计方式很容易让水溢出淋浴间。也许接触地板的浴帘可能会有所帮助。此外，半夜有噪音，有很多门砰地关上。房价似乎很贵……不值。其他一切都还好。
这家酒店刚刚装修完毕，所以一切都很完美，而且工作人员也非常乐于助人。
