The rooms are old, water don’t get that hot, water flow poor, not like the pics. But everyone was nice tho.

Breakfast terrible, other than oatmeal, they were out of most things (milk, eggs, sausage) all three days.
We had a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed for three people. We had 6 mediocre-bad pillows and were told we couldn’t have any more.
Phone had most buttons removed, no front desk button. Only 2 paper coffee cups and room only cleaned/restocked every other day.
Front desk often not staffed.
Messy lobby with construction.
Greasy pool that smelled bad.

No water during part of my stay!
The room and property were pretty decent. My only issue was the water being turned off for hours from the morning to late afternoon. It was an inconvenience. I’ve never had that experience before. They said it would be on by 1:00 and it wasn’t and then they said by 1:30 and it wasn’t and then they said by 2:00 and then they said another hour so it would be in by check in but that wasn’t helpful when I was a guest that was already checked in. Plus it halted my birthday plans bc I wasn’t going anywhere without showering. The food was also not great but it was free so who can complain.

Our bathroom was gross and smelled strongly of cigarette smoke to the point we just checked out and never stayed. Management refused to give us a refund despite a gross and disgusting room. Never stay here!

该饭店设施偏老旧，但房间跟厕所算蛮干净的，附近也有大卖场采买方便，有提供早餐服务人员不错，早餐不算多样但都蛮可以。
工作人员非常友好，房间干净整洁，设施齐全。机场接送服务非常贴心，房间舒适干净。
