The first room we checked into had a broken toilet. Second room was fine hotel has visible wear and tear. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Friendly Staff, clean room especially the bathroom tub, microwave and mini fridge, comfortable beds and sleeper sofa, delicious breakfast (waffles, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereals, milk, juice, hard boiled eggs, apples, coffee. The only issue was no hot water just warm water but it was good enough to shower with. I will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

The staff were kind & helpful. The hot tub was anything but hot and the shower did not provide very hot water either. Our bodywash bottle was empty in the shower.

Staff and checking in was great got to the room the heat does not work we give it time to jump on nothing Calls the front desk person barely u stand what I’m saying and says we have no more rooms smh let skin my 2 year old baby has to sleep in this cold ass room along with my 16 yr old myself and husband not happy at all!!!!
房间宽敞舒适，枕头和床都特别舒服，员工也很出色。

酒店员工热情友好，负责早餐的是一位名叫伊莎贝尔的女士，她是一位非常棒的委内瑞拉人，甚至还特意为我准备了玉米饼。真是太贴心了。酒店唯一的不足之处是淋浴热水不够热，而且我住过好几个房间，情况都一样，所以我觉得这是个问题。
这里不太干净；我选择这里是为了体验水疗，结果水疗馆关门了。
员工非常乐于助人。
