Property was very accommodating for our needs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were great! Lovely decor and roomy. Would highly recommend this establishment.

Liked event area for family gathering. Boring otherwise. Nothing there for children. No pool or entertainment area for youth. Attached dining is $$ and quite a walk on skyway to walk to nearest shop which is limited on weekends. I'm a local so I know what is around me. Hotel was boring.

We just stayed one night for a show at the Civic Center. It was nice that we could walk to restaurants and to the center. The parking was a hassle, due to construction in the parking facility. When we went to leave, the machine will not take our card. I push the help button and somebody came to help me, but by then my weight of parking had gone up two more dollars just because the machine wouldn’t work. The hotel was very nice parking not so much.

For anyone visiting the Mayo Clinic this location is very convenient and easily accessible. Close to good restaurants including Crave right inside the hotel and the Italian restaurant Terza next door. I am usually picky about the quality of beds and cleanliness of the washroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and washroom was very clean. If I return I would stay at Indigo again.

我之前没意识到 Indigo 是洲际酒店集团 (IHG) 旗下的品牌，现在算是彻底了解了 Indigo 这个品牌。酒店入住办理在二楼，而且因为施工，停车非常不便。地下停车场的限高也不是很高。我们很幸运地找到了最后几个停车位之一。
我们遇到的三位 Indigo 员工都非常友好，尽力满足我们的需求。酒店的客房服务员（保洁员）也帮我们解决了其他需求。在酒店的最后一晚，我们目睹了大约25名大学生在街上肆无忌惮地骑着电动滑板车 (Lime)，扰乱了交通，影响了行人的安全，持续了大约30分钟，给罗彻斯特市带来了安全隐患。事发后，居然没有一名执法人员在场。这不仅影响了 Indigo，也波及了希尔顿酒店和希尔顿花园酒店。怪我当时没拍视频。
