I brought attention to the staff that the soap dish in the shower was coming off the wall and water was getting behind the wall. I did this on the first day of my stay and expected it to be repaired. It was not fixed the 5 days of my stay. These other items below I did not report. 1) Walking on the floor bare footed, I picked up grains of sand on the soles of my feet. 2) The top of the refrigerator in front of the microwave was gross with dried food or whatever it was. 3) An electrical outlet cover was broken and only a small piece remained. 4) I noticed that a lot of cold air was coming around the door. obviously the gaskets were not adequate and needed to be replaced. 5) There was one small but noticeable defect in the floor covering. On a much more positive note when checking in I was greeted very well and recognized by name as previously been there. My room was 142. When I am in Fayetteville, I will again stay at this motel. The price is right.

The shower and room were not cleaned. You could still see hair from previous guests. The complementary breakfast was picked up at eight instead of nine. The man at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and had an attitude the entire time. The elevator feels like it’s one bad shock away from falling apart. The pillows were small and square like throw pillows so there were no actual pillows. Overall will not be coming back. Worst experience I’ve ever had and would like to talk to someone about getting money back for this.

There was black mold in the ceiling in the room and bathroom I also had to pay a 50$ deposit in addition to paying almost 200$ for the room that I have yet to get back

Damn noise from cars driving by. Spiders in the room the second time i stayed. Otherwise you get what you pay for

Breakfast was poor and limited to snacks, and coffee. Only a waffle is offered.
Room floor are black with dirt. So don’t walk bear footed.
We have to request house keeping, and that was only done once in 10 days.
The only grace was today, we got a late check out because they ran out of waffle batter and the attendant at the front desk today was very pleasant.

They was not going to honor my reservation that I made a month ago due to family event that I was apart of. I had to inform them I was apart of the family. My room had vulgar language written on the walls and mirrors. The walks and doors had damage as if someone used force. It was a lady walking around with a knife when we arrived. People that looked sick were hanging on the premises. The person securing the premises looked like one of the sick people hanging out. My experience was terrible and I felt unsafe for me and my family. My sister had people trying to break into her room twice.

First they charged me a fee of $50.00 just in case something was destroyed in the room. When I entered the room and saw the condition of room my jaw dropped. There was a huge hole on the wall n sheets on bed were dirty. I was very upset that they would assign a room in that condition to anyone. Went back to front office n they assigned me another room. It was a little better. I will never stay in this hotel again n I would never recommend it anyone.
