房间的沙发床上没有床单和枕头。入住办理得挺顺利的。没有热水浴缸是个大缺点,但泳池很干净。房间还不错。早餐有一些选择,还行吧。下午4点我们入住的时候,咖啡机没有运行。
工作人员很友好,泳池区也很干净。由于地毯有些脏/湿,我们不得不换房间。前台人手不足。大楼看起来有些破败,油漆和墙纸剥落,有磨损痕迹,家具破损等等。
床很干净舒适,孩子们在干净的泳池区玩得很开心。

唯一的缺点是夜间停车。他们的停车场对于酒店来说似乎有点小,我们不得不停在另一个停车场。不过工作人员很乐于指导我们。

简直不敢相信!我通过电话与前台的员工交谈,告诉他我们正要去办理入住手续,他说没问题,当我们带着所有行李到达酒店时,他告诉我们他们已经把我们的房间让给了别人,现在已经订满了。我 2 个月前就付了这个房间的钱,刚刚通过电话和他交谈过。他非常紧张,不得不打电话给我们在另一家酒店和完全不同的位置安排了另一个房间。新酒店正在装修,电梯甚至无法使用,因为他们把我们安排在了三楼。我以前从未遇到过这种情况,我们会和管理层谈谈。
