他们取消了已经确认的预订，凌晨1:30就把我们丢在一边！我们不得不去另一个城镇找住宿。他们既没有解释取消预订的原因，也没有解释是怎么回事。简直无法接受。
我再也不会去了。去参加葬礼的时候，浴帘乱糟糟的，没有。回家后，我的卡上又多扣了50美元，没人解释原因。
