Unfortunately, over the July 4th weekend, we were sold out, and did not have other rooms to move you to. Although disappointing to learn, we appreciate you bringing this concerns to our attention.

Our town requires that a lifeguard be on duty at all times, and as such, during the summer we generally only open one pool at a time - depending on the weather. We are not open for lunch. We understand that these issues (and the coffee cup matter) negatively impacted your experience and we do wish to apologize. We will be sharing your feedback with our team.

We have reviewed the listing and respectfully, believe it is an accurate depiction. We’re sorry if there was any confusion and regret that the suite (0ne king bed, sitting area with pull out couch, separated by French doors) was not suitable for your needs.

糟糕的住宿体验
房间非常潮湿,而且有异味。我们问前台有什么可以改进的地方,但他们却毫不理会。他们没有提供换房或其他任何解决方案,只是建议我们打开空调。
我们还向前台咨询了其他一些问题,但整体客户服务非常糟糕。所有回复都同样令人不悦。感觉他们不太愿意待在那里,而且我们感觉不受欢迎。
考虑到我们每晚支付的约300-350美元(因为我们提前退房),这完全不值得。早餐不包含在内,工作人员态度冷淡,房间里还有异味。
我们目睹了其他客人也遭遇了类似的对待。所以我们不推荐这家酒店。
我2025年6月6日入住,想用室内泳池。结果不行……没有救生员……她在室外游泳池……然后周六我问酒店里有没有地方吃午饭……没有……他们要到下午5点半才供应食物……然后周六我带着咖啡杯去了室内泳池……结果被告知不能用咖啡杯……我再也不来了。
酒店很漂亮,员工很棒,但是当你打开房间的门时,从浴室飘来的下水道气味非常难闻。
设施宽敞美观,但维护略显不足(可能是因为现在是淡季,生意不好)。餐厅很干净,早餐也不错。酒店毗邻机场,地理位置偏商业/工业区,而非休闲娱乐区。
更大的问题是*******。他们的价格比希尔顿的直接价格贵得多。酒店工作人员还告诉我,由于是*******预订,因此无法累积希尔顿荣誉客会积分。
我们预订的房间(两室套房)根本就不存在。别相信这些房源信息——描述不准确!
