The room was nice and the bed was extremely comfy… I was very pleased the manager accommodated me since I booked my 2 nights separately not knowing I booked 2 different rooms… I really appreciated not having to “move” out Saturday am and move in a different room in the afternoon especially since I had a wedding to get ready for… Thanks!!

Management absolutely atrocious
Cockroaches seen multiple times. Management extremely rude and disrespectful spent over $1500 to stay there and got treated like I hadn’t paid a dime and was inconveniencing them

酒店回复: Good morning, unfortunately you do know why we had to ask you to leave the hotel and can not honor any more reservations also if you did have bugs in your room with an infant why would you not say anything and no one else has seen them that have stayed in your room and lastly we did not receive $1500.00 from you I do not know who you paid it too, it certainly was not us.

Regardless of the property condition because it’s outdated, it’s the accommodation and friendliness of the staff matters to me. They happily provided us with our immediate needs. Keep up the good work

Not great.
I found a cockroach in the silverware drawer before checking out. When I let the front desk employee know he simply said: ok I’ll let management know.
I think at least an apology would be appropriate.
The carpet in front of our door was stained and frayed. The whole place seemed like it needed a deep clean.
The bed was comfortable. The pool/hot tub, although weirdly in the basement, was ok to spend some time in.
