We have shared your concerns with our staff to ensure that this type of issue does not occur in the future. The additional 20 per room per evening incidental hold is always released by the hotel at checkout as long as nothing was charged from the market or bar. The additional hold takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to fall back onto your card depending on your banking institution. If for some reason the additional authorizations are still showing pending, please feel free to contact the hotel for assistance.
